Main Contracts strength is our experience on listed building projects, particularly the sympathetic alterations to existing structures and remedial works.  We are highly experienced at using traditional techniques and integrating new technologies and techniques into old structures to the Local Heritage and Listed Building Officers' satisfaction and we have received awards for our work.

Our basement division, Subterranea Integrated Basement Solutions, specialises in the design, construction and waterproofing of new and existing basements and is an approved waterproofing contractor for Triton Chemical Manufacturing whilst our new build division is experienced at developments on extremely difficult sites.

We are provisional members of the Property Care Association and are registered on the Trustmark scheme.
